Flexibility in use

When the product is not loaded on a wrapping machine, it is the wrapping machine that moves around the product. Te mobile wrapping robot is designed for situations where the wrapping of the product "on the spot" is required. A user-friendly and ergonomic solution !

Because of the simple use and extensive possibilities, OSCAR is the ideal solution for the wrapping of products where a classic wrapping machine cannot be used. Because of its freedom of movement, this machine can be used autonomously and almost everywhere, without limits regarding the shape, length, width and weight of the products.

Fast and controlled wrapping

The Saturno is a ring wrapping machine with a mechanical pre-stretch control of the film, adjustable from the control panel. The pallet wrapping machine has an output range to 120 pallets/hour. The pre-stretch powered film trolley works with film rolls up to 20 kg, increasing the machine's autonomy compared to traditional systems.
The components controlling the pre-stretch, do not rotate with the ring but have been mounted outside on the fixed construction of the machine. The electrical tension on the ring takes place by magnetic induction. These technological solutions ensure long component life and low maintenance costs.

Semi or fully automatic packaging machines with rotating table.

Equipped with a rotating platform on which the pallet is placed and wrapped according to a wrapping program selected on the control panel. When working with a throughput pallet, you can either equip the wrapping machine with a ramp, a rotating platform with recesses for the forks of the pallet, or fit it into the floor.

Semi or fully automatic packaging machines with rotating arm.

The solution for handling heavy or unstable or very large pallets. The film is applied by the arm, that rotates around the stationary pallet.

Our customer wants to wrap very light to heavy pallets, which are installed by several operators using throughput pallets.

In order to avoid waiting times when entering, Coeman Packaging has provided the winding line with 2 infeed positions. Using label scanning or using touch screen, the wrapping program can be given along with the pallets entered, which are offered FIFO using a shuttle roller conveyor.
