The range forms and seals American boxes with adhesive tape or hot melt. This happens exactly at the desired moment during your production process. The box shaping machine puts an end to the manual, space-consuming process of unfolding plano boxes, sealing them at the bottom and stacking them before use.

The box closing machine, also available with automatic flap closing, seals the boxes in an economical, beautiful, qualitative way and takes away time-consuming and repetitive actions from your packer.

The new Packmaster F2000 is based on decades of knowledge and experience. Equipped with the latest technologies and cast in a simple concept, this fully automatic machine is a low-maintenance and easy-to-operate machine.

The box-forming machine takes the plano box from the warehouse using a state-of-the-art, simple, compact and maintenance-free V.tec system. The box is shaped, glued down at the bottom and finished, ready to be filled.

The conversion to a different box size is quickly carried out using rotary levers with clearly visible indication of the dimensions.

With its compact dimensions, the Packmaster F2000 can easily be integrated into new or existing lines.

The Packmaster X (Random) box-closing machines are designed to mix boxes of different sizes. The machine adapts pneumatically to the box dimension offered. The relationship between the length and height of the box determines whether we choose a box-closing machine with side transport or a machine with top and bottom transport.

A customer from the food sector needed 7 additional packaging lines, each of which included a box-closing machine, input and output roller conveyors and printers.
